Allen Webster,
is a Gospel preacher and the Editor of three excellent publications:
Glad Tidings of Good Things, House to House/Heart to Heart
and HeavenWord. The first paper is the church bulletin
on slick paper with two-color ink and is devoted primarily to good teaching
and uplifting articles. The Second is an evangelistic tool which
the Jacksonville Church of Christ in Jacksonville, Alabama (which publishes
all three) uses to evangelize its community. Additionally, other
congregations around the country are also using House to House/Heart
to Heart to evangelize their communities. (It is tailored
for each congregation.) This, too, is on slick paper with two-color
ink and is an unsurpassed and appealing tool. The third paper is
used by the Jacksonville Church of Christ in connection with their efforts
to convert and edify students at the local university. The Jacksonville
Church of Christ, P.O. Box 520, Jacksonville, AL 36265 provides these three
publications free upon request to individuals. However, they do accept
contributions to help defray expenses. ($11.22 covers the expenses
of all three publications to an individual per year.)
