Dennis Gulledge,

is a native of Carbondale, Illinois. He is married to the former Kathy Wood of Woodbury, Tennessee. Their family includes six children. He was educated at Freed-Hardeman College (now a university), where he received the Bachelor of Science degree in Bible (1978). He did his graduate work with the Alabama Christian School of Religion (now Southern Christian University), where he received the Master of Arts degree in religion (1989). Since 1974 he has preached for churches of Christ in Tennessee, Illinois, Georgia and has been preaching for the Mabelvale congregation in Mabelvale, Arkansas since 1989. Brother Gulledge has contributed articles to a wide arrary of brotherhood publications. He is author of the book, Women of the Word. He serves as co-editor for Gospel Gleaner (a quarterly publication) and is assistant editor for First Century Christian (a monthly journal). He is also a regular writer for Power For Today.
