a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University and has preached and taught in
the Atlanta, Georgia area for over two decades. He currently serves as
the pulpit minister in the Southwind church of Christ in Memphis, TN.
He is active in teaching, both regular classes and sermons, as well as
training workshops for teachers and other special courses. His writings
include two tracts, Baptism: Some Reasons and Answers and Committed No Matter What: Jesus' Ideal for Strong Families,
a series of evangelistic pamphlets, and articles in several gospel
papers, most recently "Christian Bible Teacher," "First Century
Christian" and "Gospel Advocate." He is married to the former Carlynn
Leverette. They are the parents of two sons, Jeremy and Nathan. Brother
